Last Call: Vegvisir Race 2026 Registration Closes Tomorrow

Registration for Vegvisir Race Nyborg 2026 closes tomorrow, Monday 24 August, at midnight.

With 113 boats and 207 sailors already registered, the fleet is taking shape and everyone in Nyborg is getting ready to welcome sailors from across Europe for three days of Adventure Sail Racing, Sailing & Socializing and life in the harbour.

So - If you have been thinking about joining us, this is your last chance.

Still need to register?

If you want to take part in Vegvisir Race 2026, you must complete your registration before midnight on 24 August.

After that, registration closes and we start getting the final pieces of the event into place.

Already registered? Check your entry

The deadline also applies to sailors who are already registered.

Tomorrow at midnight is the last opportunity to make changes to your entry.

This includes checking that the right skipper and co-skipper are listed and replacing any TBA entries with the names of the actual participants.

We need the final names in place before the race.

Singlehanded 200 NM: Don't forget your DPA

For everyone taking on the 200 NM Singlehanded course, there is one additional requirement. You must provide the details of your Designated Person Ashore (DPA) before registration closes. Your DPA is an important part of the safety setup for the singlehanded race and must be available to Race Management throughout the race. So now is the time to fix it.

While the fleet is making final preparations, Nyborg is getting ready to welcome you.

The harbour, the volunteers, the sailing club and everyone involved in Vegvisir Race are looking forward to three days of sailing, competition, good conversations and plenty of Sailing & Socializing.
