Sunday Status: 53 Boats, 97 Sailors — What a Start!

Although it's a gray and rainy day here in Denmark we’re closing this Sunday with a big smile: 53 boats and 97 sailors have already registered for Vegvisir Race Nyborg 2026. A huge thank you to everyone jumping onboard this early — the momentum is incredible.


A Fleet That Reflects Our Spirit

This year’s fleet already captures what Vegvisir Race is all about: Sailing & Socializing — adventure on the water, community on shore.

And it shows in the diversity of the sailors now signed up:

  • Denmark

  • Germany

  • The Netherlands

  • Switzerland

  • Sweden (newest this weekend!)

We’re also seeing a strong rise in:

  • Young sailors

  • Women

  • Multihulls

Exactly the mix that builds the unique Vegvisir atmosphere.


Black Friday/Week: Wild Prices Until 7 December

Right now, we’re in the heart of the Black Friday/Week deals —and the prices are honestly crazy compared with the standard August fees.

Current status:

  • Singlehand: Only 1 Ultra Early Bird ticket left

  • 2Star / Doublehand: 24 Super Early Bird tickets remain

If you know you’re sailing, this is absolutely the time.

Vegvisir Race has always been a place where serious sailing meets a friendly shore-side vibe. A place where newcomers meet veterans, where young sailors feel welcome, and where the mix of people becomes part of the experience.
