About the event
ABOUT the event:
Double handed and singlehanded courses.
The shortest singlehanded and double handed race will be approximately 80 nautical miles of challenging inshore costal racing.
The medium double handed and singlehanded race is approximately 152 nautical miles consisting of tight inshore and some off shore elements.
The long double handed race is 225 nautical miles. The combination is tight inshore real offshore as the course crosses the Baltic Sea to round the German island of Fehmarn.
Entry Registration:
The Vegvisir Race price structure in divided into 4 different Price Zones. These Zones have nothing to do with which course you want to do or if you are sailing single- or doublehanded. The structure is simple - the sooner you register the better the price will be.
Zone 1: €149 pr person SOLD OUT
Zone 2: € 164 pr person SOLD OUT
Zone 3: € 179 pr person
Zone 4: € 189 pr person
Mixed Crew Fixed price until 31/12-2019: 149 pr person
Mixed Crew Fixed price from 01/01-2020: 179 pr person
(incl. 6% handling fee)
The jumps from one Price Zone to the next will occur when a Price Zone sells out. 200 entries are on sale for Vegvisir Race 2020.
What's included: Mouring fee in Nykøbing F from Sunday August 30. to Saturday September 5., sandwich beer and/or softdrink for the skipper's meeting, weather briefing, Finisher T-shirt, unique awards for Line Honours, medals for winners, Dinner Saturday evening, After Party - unique memorable Vegvisir Race experiences.
